Practical aspects of Mission Trip

Prepare church for ownership:

• Church wide Food Packaging Event on Sunday  
   April 29th 2012
• Fundraising & info
• Packaging Party

Prepare Missions Team:

• 4 Prep meetings before departure: Fundraising 
   ($1300-$1500), health, culture
• Task assignment according to calling/gifts/talents

Flight & Stay:

• Get your passport!
• Probably hotel night in between flights 
  ( time difference: + 1 hour)
• Stay in Hostal de la Valle: cooking crew, close to church, 
   bordo’s, hospital  & mall
• Safety: transportation/van/groups
